Podcast.com is a portal for finding podcasts on a wide range of subjects from sport to politics.
The quality of podcasts on offer is very variable but there are a lot of categories and shows to choose from. The Podcast Shuffle Search Widget simply allows you to search the site from your desktop although the results are revealed in your browser. The widget is very simple with no preferences but it's the aforementioned quality of shows which is the most disappointing thing. The site is heavily oriented towards US users so for example, a search for "soccer" brings up just 3 results all focused on the US game. However, subjects such as politics are better served although the results aren't very well organized or categorized.
Podcast Shuffle Search Widget works just fine but it's just a shame the quality of podcasts on offer aren't a bit better.
